What means of payment can I use?
You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

- credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

I am ordering from abroad, do I have to pay VAT?
If you order as a business customer and have a VAT, you do not have to pay VAT. The VAT will be requested during the ordering process.
If you order as a private customer, you will also pay VAT abroad. The total price within the EU depends on the VAT rate of the country of delivery. Outside the EU, the tax liability lies with the recipient of the service (reverse charge). For this reason, we do not charge VAT here.
When is the Grafikmagazin published and with what focus?
Issue 01.24 will be published on February 15 with a focus on "Packaging Design"
Issue 02.24 will be published on April 11 with a focus on "Education"
Issue 03.24 will be published on June 13 with a focus on "Brand Design"
Issue 04.24 will be published on August 15 with a focus on "Illustration"
Issue 05.24 will be published on October 10 with a focus on "Haptics & Design"
Issue 06.24 will be published on December 12 with a focus on "Speculative Design"
My magazine has not yet arrived, what can I do?
Occasionally something gets lost in the post or the address was not complete or correct. If your magazine has not arrived within 5 working days (deliveries outside Germany may take a little longer) of ordering, please contact us: grafikmagazin

Can I submit my work or projects?
Would you like to publish a project in the Grafikmagazin or ongrafikmagazin?
We would be very happy to look at your work, suggestions and ideas, just write to us: grafikmagazin
How do I do that?
Send us a brief description of the project or information about your studio or yourself. Send us enough pictures so that we can get a good idea of your work. Low-resolution images or a PDF are sufficient for the first contact - sending large amounts of data without being asked is an unnecessary waste of resources. Simply send an e-mail to: grafikmagazin
Will I receive feedback?
Usually yes, but we are a very small team and time is often in short supply. If you don't hear anything, just ask and remind yourself again.
How good are my chances of getting into the Grafikmagazin ?
We assume that the quality of your work is excellent and up-to-date. Unfortunately, space in the magazine is limited and we receive a lot of material, so we are more flexible online. We do what we can, because good design should also be shown. Just give it a try.
I would like to do an internship at Grafikmagazin
Is that possible at the moment?
We love print and editorial design and are happy to pass on our knowledge. As the Grafikmagazin is only published every two months, we currently do not have enough exciting tasks for a pure graphics internship. All those who can imagine working not only graphically but also editorially in our publishing house are cordially invited to apply: grafikmagazin
