For years, the Independent Paper Show has been showcasing the best that the printing and paper industry in Switzerland has to offer. And that is truly something to be proud of. It happened again at the end of April, this time in Geneva. But the paper circus is already moving on and will next take place in London for the first time in mid-June.

The save-the-date card printed by Lorenz Boegli was already a highlight and whetted the appetite for more. The journey to the Independent Paper Show (IPS) began with the motif of a paper airplane and continued at the end of April in Terminal 2 of Geneva Airport. In true style, all visitors received a suitcase made of cardboard, manufactured by Sonderegger AG, to store all the other treasures presented by the 21 exhibitors from the paper, printing and processing industry. Access to the IPS was granted by an elaborately manufactured and packaged passport, which Bubu had realized. The passport could be stamped at each stand and was a nice souvenir of a successful event to take home.

In addition to high-quality and in some cases new creative papers, visitors were also able to discover sustainable materials. They could make paper, get information and advice. The intensive exchange and creative atmosphere in the baggage handling hall, which is only used during the ski season, is appreciated by both young creatives and old hands in the industry.
The first IPS will take place in London on June 12 and 13, 2024. The next IPS in Switzerland is planned for May 7 and 8, 2025 in Zurich.
