You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

• PayPal
• direct debit
• credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
• on account

If you order as a business customer and have a VAT, you do not have to pay VAT. The VAT will be requested during the ordering process.

If you order as a private customer, you will also pay VAT abroad. The total price within the EU depends on the VAT rate of the country of delivery. Outside the EU, the tax liability lies with the recipient of the service (reverse charge). For this reason, we do not charge VAT here.

Occasionally something gets lost in the post or the address was not complete or correct. If your magazine has not arrived within 5 working days (deliveries outside Germany may take a little longer) of ordering, please contact us: redaktion@grafikmagazin.de

Would you like to publish a project in the Grafikmagazin or ongrafikmagazin?

We would be very happy to look at your work, suggestions and ideas, just write to us: redaktion@grafikmagazin.de

Send us a brief description of the project or information about your studio or yourself. Send us enough pictures so that we can get a good idea of your work. Low-resolution images or a PDF are sufficient for the first contact – sending large amounts of data without request wastes resources unnecessarily. Simply send an e-mail to: redaktion@grafikmagazin.de

Usually yes, but we are a very small team and time is often in short supply. If you don’t hear anything, just ask and remind yourself again.

We assume that the quality of your work is excellent and up-to-date. Unfortunately, space in the magazine is limited and we receive a lot of material, so we are more flexible online. We do what we can, because good design should also be shown. Just give it a try.
